When will I receive my software after I purchase it?
Generally within 24 hours (please allow up to 48 hours at weekends)

Why can't I have it instantly?
For security purposes all software is delivered via email.

I can't install the software can you help me?
You can hire us to install any of our scripts, please see the installation services area.

Can you do custom coding for me?
Yes we offer custom services, please use the contact page to send us your project details.

Can you design my site for me?
Yes we offer full web development services including graphics design, branding and marketing through our sister site firetank.net.

Can I use your software on more than one site?
You can only use our software on the site's you have bought licenses for, all software is sold on a "per" shop/domain basis. If you own more than one domain/shop or wish to become a reseller please contact us for wholesale information. Please reference the legal area of our site and read our terms and conditions.

Can your scripts/software be modified?
Our X-cart modifications can be modified by yourself in certain controllable portions, in some cases core routines may be encrypted in others you will have the complete source, if you need clarification on a certain modification please ask before purchasing. Our X-cart Add on's are not modifiable (see terms and conditions) we can however tailor and customise our modules for custom specifications if need be, please contact us with your requirements.
